What are print-on-demand books?

They are physical books printed one at a time and shipped from the printing plant, so delivery takes longer than warehouse orders.

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns require prior approval. Items must be pristine, return shipping is paid by the customer, and print-on-demand books are not returnable.

What's happening with eBooks?
