Give a music lover the gift of options with a Record Research electronic gift card! Your gift card recipient can choose from books, MusicVault credits, Artist Cards or T-shirts. Or, they can wait to use their gift card on future Record Research releases since these gift cards have no expiration date!

The gift card you purchase will reside in your Record Research account until you click on 'Send Gift Card' to the email of your gift card recipient. (These are strictly electronic gift cards, deliverable only through email. We will not be sending paper gift certificates via postal mail.) IMPORTANT: Gift cards cannot be emailed to the email address linked to the account of the purchaser.

How does it work?

• Add to your shopping cart a gift card in one of the following amounts: $25, $50, $75, or $100.
• When you've finished shopping, check out.
• Click on 'View My Account'.
• Click on 'Send Gift Card'.
• Click on the gift card you've just purchased.
• In the 'Send To Email' box, enter the email of your gift recipient.

The purchased gift card will remain in your account until you follow through with 'Send Gift Card.' When the recipient receives their electronic gift card in an email saying that they've been gifted, they will click on the link to activate the gift card. They will be directed to log into their own account (or create an account) to activate the gift card. The gift card, now activated, will reside in their account and be accessible as a payment option when they check out with their purchase. Don't worry, it's swift and simple and much easier than reading this explanation.
